HOW TO ORDER?

The ordering process is quite simple and not bureaucratic.

Follow the step by step and leave satisfied.

STEP # 1 - SUBMITTING THE DESCRIPTION

The customer sends us a message containing the DESCRIPTION OF YOUR COAT OF ARMS via our Facebook or Instagram page or by email. (heraldesign.br@gmail.com)

STEP # 2 - BUDGET

After defining the characteristics of the Coat that will be produced, we will provide the budget.

STEP # 3 - MAKING

After setting the budget, and the client gives the OK, we will start making the coat.

STEP # 4 - PRESENTATION

After starting the preparation, we will present the proposal with low resolution image and watermark.

STEP # 5 - FINISHING

Once the proposal has been approved by the customer and we have confirmed the payment, we will email the high resolution digital PNG file.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We will not charge for changes made before the project closes. After the project has been approved, paid and delivered, any subsequent changes will be duly charged.
